    DAMAGED BY COLLISION WITH MV ‘STATE OF GUJARAT’ IN LAT. 43 11N., LONG. 09 25W., AT 2115 HRS ON 7/10/86 IN DENSE FOG. PROCEEDED ON VOYAGE TO VIGO WHERE ARRIVED 8/10/86. REPAIRS EFFECTED AND SAILED 20/10/86 FOR VILLAGARCIA.

    VESSEL SUSTAINED A LARGE GASH NEAR HER ENGINE ROOM.
